Little Sister Bakery

This has easily eclipsed all other bakeries within the bagel belt area, to be the best bakery. Bread, focaccias, bagels, challah, babka. All really good. . Highly recommend. Great to see service with a smile. The olive baguette was extraordinary. Eat Sht to anyone lining up at Glicks for the privilege of being treated like a leper and served bread made from toilet water

I came last week and got an almond croissant which was really tasty. A lovely young lady served me and encouraged me to try a piece of the sourdough. She gave me very warm welcome that made my day. Based on this positive impression, I visited again this morning around 9.50am trying to get the sourdough that I tried last time. Yet the guy with mustache who served me was really rude. He greeted the customers before and after me with very warm and positive attitude whereas he said hi without even looking at my face. Basically he just looked at the ground, and he didn’t answer my questions about sourdoughs properly. I was thinking to get which one so I asked questions, I hope he didn’t feel that i was trying to trick him. Anyway, what made me uncomfortable was his shifting of attitude towards me compared to that towards other customers. I really couldn’t figure out what’s the reason for him to treat me differently. I don’t think that’s how a good customer service works.

I had got some bread from here for the first time as I was at the next door cafe and there was a stream of people queuing up. I was tempted to try some as they had good reviews. I live a bit far from here so it was an opportunity to try some new stuff.But alas the White Sourdough I got had black plastic/tar bits at the bottom. Don't get me wrong - it's not the 'well done artisan sourdough' texture I'm talking about. It was literally pieces of tar/plastic stuck at the base. I only found out as I was eating at home (nobody really checks the bread 360 right?).I'm assuming that it was an accident of sorts but it literally left a bad taste in my mouth. I got a few danish/crossaint which were ok but this was an unpleasant experience.

Absolutely delicious.Get the bagels, get the baguettes...but don't leave without the triple chocolate Babka. It was absolutely divine!

I delightfully stumbled across Little Sister Bakery today and was met with a gorgeous traditional artisan feel and impeccable warm service. I asked for a recommendation to pair with cheese and wine and I got home and was wowed by the best baguette I've had in years. This Bakery will not disappoint! If you're looking for top tier fine bread and pastries do not go past Little Sister Bakery. Thank you for doing it so right.

A Divine find.. All Breads and Patisserie crafted with love, passion and artisan skill....it showed in every product. Even the service- most welcoming...The BEST....yes certaily will be back as everything else now seams like mediocrity.Thank you for such a rare find...
