I’ve had my machine repaired under warranty twice now and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. One of those times I had a sick, crying baby and the prospect of a weekend without our coffee machine was devastating. But they had it fixed and back at home by Friday arvo. Life savers!

Friendly staff onsite and provided parts at great prices. I wish my machine had more common compatible accessories as the accessories available are readily available in store. It's not a foot traffic retail store, so trading hours aren't always suitable for normal day workers. Very happy that there's shops like this on the coast, though.
