I purchased the luxaflex blinds floor to ceiling length blind. The company supplied and fitted. They hung the blinds unevenly and when asked to correct it I was told my concrete slab was probably uneven and the curtains are probably fine and yet my spirit level said otherwise. The blinds were hanging on the ground at one end and the other end was 5cm off the ground so it was very noticeable. Every excuse under the sun to not provide after sales service. When they did come out and I received nothing but attitude from the owner who originally installed the blinds. I would not recommend this company to anyone. After sales support and customer service from both the owner and staff is to be seen to be believed.
