Bought 2 packs of lamb chops for a family bbq, and they had a funky smell, slightly green in colour.. not good. Had pregnant daughter & niece. This could’ve been harmful to not only their babies, but us all. Tried calling them in the motto let them know the rest needed to be discarded.. no answer!!Not happy at that, but usually have no issues

I have found all packaged meat that was frozen comes out of the defrost process smelling rancid and off.have had some amazing pieces from them before!

Have bought beautiful steak from this place over the past few years BUT yesterday purchased what we’ve normally bought - it was labelled RESTAURANT QUALITY RIB FILLET !!!Nothing of quality in the two packs we bought! Looked to be thick steak like we’ve had many many times - instead it was thin and packed to look thick! Tough as boot leather and couldn’t seal it as normal, all it wanted to do was stew (very high moisture content). Quite disgusted !!Would appreciate someone contacting please!Or better still we will try to return one pack!!

Exceptional quality meat at good prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful. This is easily my favourite place to stock up on meat.

Packaged meats labelled restaurant grade were terrible. Rude service when trying to resolve the issue over the phone. Would not choose this place again, better steaks at aldi!

Friendly service, sometimes get a free cooked sample on Sundays!! Yum...quality meat at terrific prices, once had one bad batch of mince which they refunded so mostly buy the steaks. Awesome butcher recommended.
