Basically I needed to make sure that anyone working for me would respect the customers and suppliers I had put in place, and not go off and create a competing business using all my hard-earned contacts! They now know I am serious about the business, and that there are formal rules in place around confidentiality.Highly recommend Legal Zebra if you want genuine legal contracts, but can't afford the usual arm-and-a-leg legal costs.

Very simple and straightforward service in creating online will, some other online services have more complex setup. Also really liked the personalised service and ability to ask questions and clarify things of needed. Highly recommend.

I have made a few wills and this is by far the most simple, affordable and user friendly method I have come across. The questions are easy to understand and it covers most average people's needs extremely well. If you have a charity you would like to donate to, it should be placed in the inheritors section.We were needing it quite quickly and will say that it took a while to come through in draft form ( maybe 15 mins?) then there is no way to edit the draft, really the only thing to do is to start again, but that is pretty quick. When you are happy, you can pay. It is definitely worth it.We had some issues with the delivery of the final and the phone wasn't being answered, however I was really relieved and grateful when Shanti replied quickly to our concerns by email, then proceeded to go above and beyond to resolve our issues, even though it is a very small sale to us as completely new customers. I really felt like Shanti Rubens was legitimate and caring, he was remarkable and really took time with us when technical issues got in the way.Obviously we didn't ask for any legal help with it as you're not paying for that in the price. But you shouldn't need it.It costs less then $25 for a really nicely presented, easy to make and understand will. Just expect to wait up to 20 mins for it to arrive.We tried an online will kit and found it confusing. This should be easy even for a beginner so long as you have the information you need. No need to create an account, just do a run through and see how it works to get all the information you need before finalising.Great service thank you!PS Tips for beginners....make sure the witnesses to the will do not know the inheritors. Also do not in any way staple or mark the will as this could affect its validity when seeking probate.

As an Australian Lawyer, he replied to my emails within minutes & answered all my questions on the draft Will regardless of the time of the day. He gladly made a manual adjustment to the final will as my special request was not handled by the automated system. The quality of service provided by Legal Zebra and Mr Rubens, in particular, has exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in using Legal Zebra again in the future.

It has made a difficult process remarkably easy, and I've got it done in a couple hours. It would have been even faster, but my will is a bit complicated.
