Becky did my graduation makeup perfectly. It stayed on all night and I received so many compliments for it. She took extra care to explain all the products and gave me great skin care reccomendations. She was very quick and thorough under my time schedule. She made the experience very fun and memorable. I would highly reccomend her and I will be back!

i had an appointment with Lynia and oh my god she was absolutely amazing. my makeup looked incredible. she made the whole experience a lot of fun, talked me through what she was doing and educated me on the products she was using. i am still absolutely buzzing over how amazing she made me look.

My Mum and I received a makeover yesterday with Sarah, who did a beautiful job on both of our looks! She was very professional and knowledgeable on all of the products she used for us, and helped to cater for our different skin types. The makeup felt really nice on and lasted well into the evening. Very pleased with our experience, thank you very much!

Just had eye make up done by Jack ( from Chermside store). Extremely happy with the make up, Jack was so professional, gentle and very informative. Highly recommend.

Is the make up application worse when the service is free?I had booked the signature service which was suppose to include free lashes (according to the website)My appointment was cancelled due to lockdown and I was offered a free service to rebook before end of September which I rebooked and attended on Sunday just gone.My 45 minute service went for 30 minutes (if you take out the time the artist was serving other customers in the store) which included touch ups at the end, and the make up on my left side was really no good. The foundation was very patchy, the lip liner and eyeshadow was off. I put this down to the artist only working from the right side of me... My right eyebrow was also no good, so not sure what happened there. Some sticky substance sending the hairs in all different directions... weird. Regardless, I still expect professional make up from Napoleon artists.I was told I had to pay $32 for lashes and application which at that point I felt super awkward and just wanted to leave, I paid and got out of there so I could go home and fix it before my event.The only good thing about this was that I didn't have to pay in full, and staff was accommodating with my busy schedule. But I should mention that communication between staff wasn't great. 1 person said 1 thing and another said something different... Probably doesn't help that it seems they work alone in store.

I brought a photo of what I was wanting and what I got was nothing like the image. No mascara was applied, eye liner was messy. It appeared the girl applying the make up was not qualified and was really nervous and didn’t understand how to apply eye make up correctly. When I explained it wasn’t what I wanted she said I can’t spend any more time on it I have another client. Completely waisted my time and had to go home and reapply my face completely.

Lauren was amazing. Firstly she did a whole makeover which I loved and was complimented repeatedly for, then in another session she did my makeup shakeup and taught me how to use the products. I'm 34 and I always hated makeup and now I love it. Thanks NP and thanks Lauren for changing my life.
