A big thank you and recommendation for Paul from Ryde Service, who problem-solved and displayed a fair, considered manner and displayed exemplary customer service.Unlike one particular gentleman from service - the rudest, most attitude-ridden human to have ever dealt with. Same poor form on numerous occasions.Would give Paul personally 5 stars, the only reason I would ever go back to Ryde Service.

It was a last minute decision. Rang couple of MG dealers but the response was NONE. Rang MG Ryde and spoke to GRACE, she was one of the best I have dealt with. She was upfront and honest and definitely not the typical car sales person. She went out of her way to get the car delivered the next day as it was a gift for my son on his birthday.After sales too she kept in touch with us to see how everything went. It was like we have known her for a long time.Keep up the great work GRACE and the management who trained her very well.

I bought a MG3 5 months ago. Within a week the left front stripe led light was down. I had to drive to MG service center to get it fixed and they did for me. And just 2 weeks straight after that the right front stripe led light was down. I had to drive there again to get it fixed again but they told me it was out of stock and the earliest time is 1 month later. Now it's nealy June and I have not received any call, msg or email to let me know what's going on. I just feel so helpless and disppointed.My car's night 2 front lights are not even in a same level and I will upload the photos as well.By the way, talk about the sales person. The number he gave me in MG is not himself but another person and I cannot call through anytime. The mobile phone number he gave me only available for the first few days and after that when I call him it told me it's fake number. So I email him a lot of times and he NEVER EVER reply, EXCEPT when he asked you to transfer the final payment.Really want to know how your manager will deal with this issue.I will contact related social media regarding to this issue as well.

Ryde MG. Great collection of beautiful quality cars. I’ve been searching and researching cars. I would like to buy a brand new car and after all my reading I have come to the conclusion that the difference (in my price range) is simply too hard to make a definitive decision. Cars play a significant role in our society and the difference between poor quality, mid-range quality and superior upper level cars is challenging by the affordability and knowledge of the buyer. It would be so good to be able to buy a precision motor vehicle free of budget. However, life is what it is. Ryde MG display beautiful cars and the prices basically imitate upper middle class expectations and access to credit. After wandering the car lot I figured that if I come back in ten years I could afford to buy off the assembly line. Only problem is prices would have adjusted to the decade it would take for me to afford one of these awesome cars. Still, staff were knowledgeable, friendly and understood the product they were selling.
