Pho Sam Noodle House
My favourite Vietnamese place in the entire city. I think they are not very very authentic but it have very good Chinese fusion. Personally I think the chinese fusion is definitely a plus and making their cooking very unique. I really like their flavour. I grew up in this neighbourhood and I have been eating their pho and beef rice since I was a kid. Really recommend this place to anyone who love good pho and Vietnamese flavours. They have really good portion too.

This place is disappointing and riddled with hygiene issues.Ordered lunch from here today - service counter tiller staff had an interesting customer service attitude - told me to leave and go outside so they can serve another customer when I was first inside and about to order.Found a huge bug resting in the noodle syrup in our takeaway box - zero hygiene (see pictures attached). This has happened previously in other orders as well.My girlfriend who ate a takeaway box of their Crispy Skin Chicken now has signs of food poisoning - bloating, headache.Not coming back. Warning those brave enough to risk it.

Average meal. Had the rare beef & beef ball pho ($15.8) and rice with 3 choices ($14.8).Broth of pho didn’t have much depth to it. Beef was very thinly sliced but broken apart very easily - ended up having lots of minced-size beef everywhere. Very little beef as well.Rice with 3 choices were great (not really choices but actually just comes with 3 different meat dishes). Lemongrass pork was tender and tasty. Egg with pork patty was great too but a tad salty.Also don’t be fooled by the limited amount of seats - there are seats upstairs.Would we come back? Probably not but if we’re around the area, maybe?

Quick service. Food is tasty. Currently there's an offer of 10% on takeaway orders if paid with cash. There's a small sign on the counter.

Was pretty disappointed with our experience as we found the food to be quite lacking. The first sign was the weak serving of bean sprouts but then it was confirmed with the bland taste in their soups. The pho’s noodle also broke too easily and the drink seemed sad also as seen through the colour.

Ordered take away honey black pepper beef with rice. After got all the way home, I got creamy black pepper beef, no rice instead. Drove all the way back to get the correct one because I am lactose intolerant. The woman was unhappy about it and insisted we ordered creamy, not honey, blaming us instead. So rude and I'm so speechless with this service. I thought they would be apologetic for this mistake. When we got home, they gave us over 3/4 of rice and only very very very little of beef. So almost the whole box is rice and only 1/4 is beef, even less than 1/4, see the picture I've posted. Most likely because they were unhappy with this. The food quality is also less than average. I used to order often from this place and this honey black pepper beef was used to be really nice. Now is lacking flavour, cannot really taste the honey black pepper, more like oily stir fried beef. Seriously avoid this restaurant at all cost, food quality is not great and service is poor and rude.

Chinese food upstairs. Very nice quality and range of food. Vegetarian options available too. Loved the Tofu dishes and home made Tofu. Very well done. The fish was done two ways. The staff super friendly and efficient in service. Good for family and friends. Not much space but usually crowded. Well worth a visit to eat Chinese or Vietnamese food.

Your typical Vietnamese restaurant, authentic and yummy food.Very fast service waiting time for food after order is a bout 5-10 mins or even less. Friendly although not obvious staff they are very accommodating even though they don't look like it. Overall a good restaurant all together.

Tasty Vietnamese with fast service ! Pho noodle and Crispy chicken here are always consistent & tasty. The only weird thing is that they demand you to pre-pay as you order the foods - why so arrogant ? Do some customers run away without paying ? It seems so rude and unjustifiable. Anyway, I've enjoyed the foods again today ....
