PatPal Dog Grooming

The staff is very friendly and listen to your requests, they almost always have availability on weekends. The price is not the cheapest but definitely fair. What I like the most is that I can see my dog while they are grooming her, as opposed to other places where they take dogs to a closed room at the back and you don't know what they are doing, here it's in front of everyone so definitely nothing to hide.

Just updating my previous review as it was four years ago. Still having our Labradoodle groomed at PatPal and would never even consider going anywhere else. The staff are all lovely and caring and our dog is never worried about being left there. She is alway happy when we return to pick her up and seems like she has had fun. Importantly, the dogs are able to mingle and play rather than being in cages. The team at PatPal are wonderful and we give them the highest recommendation.

I couldn't recommend PatPal Dog Grooming enough to anyone!!!! I'm mum to a 1.5 year old covid puppy Labradoodle, Loki who is very anxious when apart from his family, which in turn makes me a bit apprehensive when leaving him for grooming... Hence, he hadn't been for a groom for a while. Pim was extremely friendly and took the time at the beginning of the consultation to ask the right questions and ensure Loki was comfortable. I was kept updated upon his finish time and I found the price extremely reasonable. Post groom Loki was happy and in the past had been a little unsure (I think groomers that did not take their time with him) so it was like being with a completely different dog! Pim gave me a run down of the groom, areas to work on and how she made sure he was comfortable / as well as things I can do in between grooming sessions. Just went to PatPal dog grooming and am so grateful to their incredible staff, who clipped the nails of my STRONG puggle (who does NOT like getting his nails clipped). They worked with such kindness, holding him and giving him treats and really doing an amazing job, all while he was trying desperately to wiggle away. They only charged $12, which, given the amount of resistance from our dog, is a miracle!Thank you so much!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We just picked up our Labradoodle from PatPal and couldn't be happier with her new haircut. Many thanks to the lovely team of ladies for a fabulous job. Our dog seems very happy and relaxed too so a great experience for us all! Could not recommend more highly.

I took my cavoodle MacGyver to PatPal Dog Grooming for a summer haircut and they did a wonderful job. Mackie's a very anxious dog, but he was calm and happy when we picked him up and he looks very dapper with his fresh fur-do! We will definitely be back.

Tyr needed dew claws cut and he refused to let us do it in the morning. PatPal fitted us in same day today Saturday, it was done in 5 seconds, Tyr didn't even blink. We will be going back here for next full nail job and anything else we might need. Very professional and friendly. Recommend.

Best groomer and homestay service. Highly recommended, my girls always come home very happy and they look and smell amazing. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Have also used their homestay service which I received regular updates including photos and videos.
