Speed Car Wash

I only used this car wash because I bought a Groupon voucher. Not the best car wash I've had, not very thorough especially with the wheel rims so I feel that I got a rush job because of the voucher.

Yesterday I get my car washed from here . I left the car for washing and went for my job and asked my friend to pick it up before they close . Their service is really bad I paid $85 but still my car is having water marks on the roof and tires are still dirty and inside they even don’t bother to vacuum and fragrance was in my package as well there is no fragrance inside the car moreover there was marker written marks on windscreens it’s still as it is . Very very bad service I will not recommend this car wash at all I am attaching pictures for reference. I am trying to call them to tell these all things but no reply .

Poor customer experience. Purchased a voucher from Groupon and brought the car in to clean. Was told that they could only honor the voucher between 10 am and 4 pm. They refused to clean the car at 3:30 pm with the voucher as they closed at 5 pm. But we're happy to do it if I wanted to pay full price.

They were rude and unprofessional, when confronted about not cleaning my car properly they where rude told me I had gotten make up on my car door I have only had this car for a week and haven’t been driving when I did have make up on my partner was the one driving

Brought the work ute in for a scrub. Guys did a great job of getting the majority of the red dust out, especially out of the grain of the dash and trim. Ticked my boxes!

Took my car to get done cut and buff polish and paid $185. Dropped my car around 10 in the morning and they said car will be ready around 3:30pm when i called to ask if the car is ready they said to come around 4:30pm, once i reached they still asked me to wait for about 15-20 mnts as the last wash was still pending. After everything my car was not polished properly it was clearly seen that marks are still there and water marks was still on the windows and headlights. There was no shine on the paint at all.Thank You for your wonderful service.

Really disappointed with job and response to my feedback. I took my car to Speed Car Wash Kilburn (Churchill centre car park) today thinking I would come home with a fresh car. I had seen a groupon deal for Deluxe Car wash package $55 (normally $95).I was happy to pay the extra $10 as my car is a 4wd and there were some patches on the floor that we agreed would not be included as they would require a steam clean. This was fine as I was happy for vacuum only.When I returned at the designated time I could see the external had been cleaned. They gave me my keys and I opened the car and saw that the internal looked like it was yet to be vacuumed. Thinking it was a mistake/oversight, I went back to the office and politely let them know that it wasn't ready for collection yet.Two staff members came and looked at the car and insisted it had been vacuumed but if I needed it to be cleaned further I would have to pay for a steam clean. The areas I pointed out were loose dry sand/dirt that should've easily come up with a vacuum - I ran my hand over them and they shifted very easily.To appease me - they then spent 5 minutes giving it a quick vacuum.I thanked them, knowing that I would get no further by continuing to complain. On leaving I was told for $65 really what can you expect?".Well

Pay $65 for this kind of job. My fault I didn’t check when I took the car, because I am rushing to go back home and 10 minutes later, here you go for the $65??

Disappointed with the service . Tyre rims are not washed properly. Inside cleaning is not well. Dash board is not dusted well.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!Took my car here today and when I went back to pick it up, there were smudge marks everywhere, the interior windows are worse than how I gave it to them… now they have splatter marks all over them from the inside and apparently my car doesn’t have side mirrors because they are still dirty? My rear bumper was still covered in dirt which I told the guy to clean. Then when I looked around the car, I saw that there was still dirt on the side of my car which they hadn’t bothered to clean. The guy tried telling me that the paint was chipped and it’s not dirty. I rubbed it with my nail and it came off? THEN he says ‘Well use your nail then and it will come off’. WHAT THE HELL DID I PAY YOU FOR?Absolute rubbish and I definitely wouldn’t be recommending this place to anyone. How embarrassing.
