Very Disappointed you robbed me of two PS4 Games.I traded in two games returned my copy of destroy all humans because it just wasn't that good.I asked for my games back and the girl didn't know what to do.Poor service. I have been going to this store since PS2 days so pretty disappointing

Helpful staff, but the shop is a bit to small, bit cramped.I have done my first Click & Collect with Knox City, VIC, & went well & Quick.I also did a delivery, came in good order.

Great service. Went to the store too early after placing a click and collect which wasn't ready yet, however, the guy at the counter was great and sorted it out for me anyway. Not something to make a habit of but I appreciate the service.

OK so this has been my go to EB since the doors opened...going to say over 10..maybe even 15 years. This shop right here...hands down the best. Customer Service is on point! Knowledge is second to none..covering everything. Happy to give tech support, over the phone, two days out from Christmas....ummmm hello! Don't matter where you're at...make this YOUR go to store. Thanks EB Knox, Merry Christmas....you all rule!

Called to ask if they had a power cord for Xbox for sale & the person on the phone told me “ No we don’t sell them”. So I googled it & found one for sale & available to buy in the store I just called (Knox). The Staff need to be educated better about the items they sell & customer service. It’s a gaming store the least they should know about is gaming & what gaming items they sell!

Good service. Would recommend vouchers where customers can load any amount rather than set limit vouchers. Was able to get a $60 voucher but in the form of a receipt which is not ideal.

I rang to see if twoGames IWanted were in stock. Luckily they were, asked if they could be put aside for me, and the young guy said yes no problem. Store is rather small and not very pram or trolley friendly. Staff are very lovely and easy to deal with. Good range of games. Just unfortunately a little pricey and can't afford to buy unless on special
