Cowen's Services

We used this company for an end of lease carpet clean and would NOT recommend. The real estate said they had never seen such a poor job for such an exorbitant amount of money. We have had to get the carpets re cleaned by another, much more reputable, cleaner who removed the stains easily. When we reached out to Cowen's to ask about the job, they were straight on the defence. Refusing to speak to us and reporting they had photos of the job yet will not provide them. No offer to fix the issue or even come and have a look. When pushed further they have now said maybe someone came in and caused the poor workmanship despite them being the last contractors in the house and the real estate having the only keys.
