Terrible staff besides reception, would recommend another branch if you can request it

Usually staff are helpful but can get pushy

Great place if u want work in the area.

workers are professional butmaz employment systems overall not g,just keep you busy doing tasks while you can do better alone, time wastage

Bad service, only interested in commission. Not providing actual job finding service, but just try to push people out to employer. From my experience they do not try to help job seeker, do not listen to job seeker and the staffs have no patient with job seekers.

I am horrified with what I have experienced yesterday and last week. Extremely unprofessional attitudes and behaviour. Never ever again. I am thoroughly disgusted with what has transpired. Just don't.

there is a language barrier. they can't communicate.

I should have seen the reviews before signing up with them, false information provided to me, to get a signup.I have the false information In writing and was told Sorry. I suggest anyone not to go with them as their response is also incomplete when I questioned about all. Not worth at all.

My experience with Max Employment Rockdale, was appalling. I even sent an email to my local member to insist they are reviewed. A complete waste of my time and an abuse of tax payer monies. Called into meetings with so called Recruiters, only to find there is 1 job, for a Mandarin speaking person at the Casino. No assistance to top up Opal card to attend interviews. They never offered and they should have. A Qld employee threatened me with legal action if I contact her again, by phone or email. (I was chasing a job role).The so called State Manager is an idiot.I was embarrassed to be unemployed and I was humiliated I was forced to deal with them They should be shut down!
