Excellent friendly service with a smile. We had the usual viet dishes you can get anywhere in Springvale, but here you can taste the difference. I asked the waitress and it's a family run business with the owner cooking the food - no wonder! Well done :)

These people have brought Asia to Australia. Excellent fried rice. One of the best ever. The flavors they use are well orchestrated. The Pho is above above average though not the best we've had. However I'd come back anytime for this hard to find quality of fried rice. I've experienced rice dishes in Asian counties which are usually much better than anything in Australia. This is an exception.

Came here a few times. Just as good as the other places in Springvale but u don’t have to line up. Always quiet and easy to get into. Service was quick and food tasty!

Food is good quality for Springvale. Could be a little bit more generous with the portions, but it mostly depends on the dish. The service is quick yet caring. They provide many things such as: toilets, soup for rice dishes, tea, condiments, etc.

This place is a hidden gem in Springvale for beef pho, I used to go to the busy place around the corner and 1 day I was really upset about the service so I walked into this place randomly and I was blown away by the fragrance, the flavor and the quality of the meats. Service is great and the restaurant is clean.Highly recommended and will always come back.

came here to eat last week for dinner. the service was lovely. the tea was especially delicious, had this beautiful smooth pandan flavour to it. the food was quite good, generous portions and nicely flavoured meats.

I've come here for years, ordering the same dish(broken rice) as it's delicious.I'm now convinced if I didn't come here, I would be malnourished and the risk of a slight breeze carrying my out to the sea would significantly increase!

The food here was delicious. This was a quick and easy dinner and we were not disappointed, being severed fresh food and was great value for money. Compared to other places in Springvale it’s much cleaner and cheaper.There was fresh tea (that they make themselves) at the table with all the condiments one expects at a Vietnamese restaurant.The restaurant seems to be family run and was well appointed, clean, with good toilet facilities. Service was excellent and friendly the food came out very quicklyI look forward to coming back

I have mixed feelings. The food is nice, the ratio between meat and veggies is disappointing for its price point. The waitress was impatient and rude. We've only just arrived and still deciding which dishes (hasn't even been five minutes and it wasn't busy). We moved their cutlery and sauce try to a far corner so our 1.5 y.o does not get to it, which annoyed the older waitress (we didn't want our child's fingers all over the sauces and cutlery). The waitress also offered some hard candy to our 1.5y.o to stop her from reaching the cutlery, out of politeness, we took one but it would be a choking hazard so did not give to 1.5y.o. We asked if they happen to have a softer lolly instead since our 1.5y.o now wanted the hard lollies, which annoyed the waitress, muttering in Vietnamese we are greedy for lollies (probably thinking we either can't hear or understand).I do understand sometimes bringing children can be stressful, but we are trying to be mindful of them by not having her touch everything or run amok. I did not appreciate the feeling of being criticised or feeling as if we're a nuisance for a baby doing what babies do at what appears to be a family friendly restaurant (there were 2 other families with kids under 5 with them)Also found a plastic bag piece in my coconut drink towards the end.Overall, I acknowledge the sauce/marinate for the meat is nice. But the ratio of food, attitude, impatience and rudeness cancelled that out. I personally will not be coming again
