What an amazing team they have there

To @Mihir kamdar and @Ashka (Jani king franchise as informed), I had a horrible experience with one of the franchisee we worked under Jani king. I have worked with them for 9 days dated 27th Feb 2023 till 9/03/2023 We were working on nearly five sites, with three of them paying us $50 every day for two hours of work per day. I can list the site names if requested.on initial days the employer praised us for our work which we had as an evidence. But at the time of making payment he stated to reduce 50% of actual amount that was decided. they increased the work responsilibilities gradually with the same pay and keep on demanding extra services that was not listed to us at the time of starting the job.We left the job as it was causing us mental stress and requested payment for the days we worked. Instead of paying us, he started abusing us and mentioned that our work did not satisfy him enough to pay, where he contradicts himself as we have evidence that he praised us for our work.On a further request to provide payment, he mentioned I am not liable to pay as per bConsumer rights. We do have evidence the number of days we worked as all those sites has cameras.We told him to hand over his equipment and requested that he pay us in full. Deduct the money from the site where he got complaint, but instead he told me he would deduct money from all sites.Waited for almost 2 weeks to get us paid, but still we didnt received our pay.We also requested peacefully that please consider and pay the full payment for the sites I have given my 100% efforts on your just one late night call for Campbellfield VIC3061, Thomastown VIC 3074 and Genomic Dignostics Heidelberg VIC3084.I’ll be okay if you deduct 50% from the site where I got 1 or 2 complaints of dusting in a second week only (with evidence and praised first week of work). However, they are threatening me to deduct 50% from all 5 sites without any counter conversation from employees side Which is completely wrong ethically.I would like have my pay paid to me in whole as we did work with our best input. Its really very stressful.

Very professional team from start to finish. We've had no issues with them in 2 years. Would recommend.
