You guys need to go back to a numbers system. When it's busy who do you know who's next? Walked out and went to Murrumba Downs Castle Hill and was first to be seen. It's about making it easier for the Pathologist and the patients.

Unreal, I wait 30 mins to find out they don't do a certain type of test because the person on isn't qualified but I can come back the following day and do it in the same Office. Seems you either get lucky or unlucky depending what day it is. Was told they could do it today by another QML pathology so I waste an hour of my day driving here and waiting. Fix your system, poor management and you just waste people's time.

You can't call to make an appointment for glucose test. The phone rings out. So I walked in early around 715am one morning and there was already 5 people waiting to be seen. Luckily I was still able to get the test done without an appointment.They've also just started a number system. So you need to get a number from main reception now and wait out there.

Got there at 9.45am, nobody else waiting. Door closed. At 10.10am door still closed. Now 5 people waiting. Left.

I had an appointment for 8am on Saturday for a glucose tolerance test, however when I got there, I was told I should've come earlier as there's other people who were walk ins waiting before me. Why give me an appointment time if you want me to sit in the queue and wait. And why would I arrive an hour earlier if I was given an appointment. They either need more staff there or some sort of system to manage appointments and walk ins better. The GTT already takes 2 hours, expect to spend more time than that at this pathology.

Waited an hour only to be told they couldn't do what their website advertised they could.Was told I should try the next QML place who could do the service only for them to claim they couldn't do it either - I suspect because they closed in 30 minutes and we're lazy.Waste of my day and potentially putting my job in jeopardy as a result!
