Brought my 7 year old Miele in for repair. Waited 2 weeks to hear back that it was irreparable. Traded in for a new Miele, actually a lower quality, but still excellent for our needs. Very happy. Orcadeez did a great job helping with this purchase.

Went in to look for a robot vacuum in the Capalaba store. We met Orcadeez (again)! He was knowledgeable, patient and a great salesperson. He answered all of our questions about the range of robovacs in stock. He demonstrated the S7 MaxV vacuum and allowed us enough time to have a play with the remote and see how easy it was to operate. It was a pleasure dealing with him and buying our first Robot vac!!!A request to OTHER store managers: give the salesperson easy access to the remotes!!!

We were looked after by the lovely Jade, She definitely knows her stuff when it comes to vacuums. We are absolutely in love with our choice and jade made it really easy for us to choose. She didn’t pressure us into buying anything she simply just informed us about their products and we decided on one. Anyone who is looking for a new vacuum go and see Jade at Capalaba store :-)
