Product is good, but the showroom is really not interested in helping customer (like me) out, no pick up option from Fitzroy shopfront if you are buying anything bigger than cushion, instead you will either pay $160 for delivery or drive up to Scoresby yourself. Consider we live 1 block away from the Hay showroom and buying just a small bench, this delivery arrangement is quite disappointing.
