Had a flu shot appointment. Was ignored from the moment of walking in. After a while standing at the counter someone finally asked what I was there for. Another half an hour later and after 3 other people went in front of me (all of which walked in after) I’m finally seen. Worst experience and can’t believe the unprofessionalism. How about instead of trying to tell off my autistic son you do your jobs properly. Just a thought!

The team at Terry white are very friendly and very helpful. They are open 8am till 9pm weekdays, and 9 to 5 weekends and public holidays. I have no trouble recommending them at all.
