They are not on time. They say they will have the same people on when taking care of Dad, which did not happen. I have written lists of what needs to be done which no one knows about despite telling Michelle the CEO, Jane and the various staff that rock up. They didn't show up for meal preparation once Have organised showers every morning which they have managed to do 2 or 3 out of 7 which i had to push for, lucky I was there. They show up as late as after 10am to shower Dad. They said it would be all sorted today showers between 7.15 and 8am. 8.30am rock up today.I could go on and on but you get the gist of it. No times are recorded of when they start and finish, some start times recorded. Dad said the lady that came today was very good. Most staff are great but let down by lack of management and very poor communication.
