Prices in store don't match their advertised website pricing - more than one occasion now - reason unknown apparently - offer to price match but so they should - seems they inflate with 'we have monopoly at Robina' tariff

Never have we ever had such amazing service from a chemist! Shoutout to your staff member Josie for being so incredibly helpful regarding skin care advice. We went in knowing nothing and came out with a lot more knowledge, recommendations and even free samples to try.

I can’t recommend Gillian enough! I will be coming back here anytime I need advice on vitamins or anything child related. You can really tell Gillian’s heart is in this job and clear and honest advice is being given.

I went here to have my first covid vaccine. All syringes were pre drawn up and I repeatedly asked to be shown the vial it was drawn from, and repeatedly denied. I am a registered nurse and if my patient wants to see what I am injecting them with, it is my duty of care to show them. I will be reporting this outrageous practice.

I found Terry White Robina about 4yrs ago after a medical diagnosis. They were the only chemist in the area who stocked the medicine I needed & were so helpful in ordering what I needed without an issue. I’ve kept my scripts on file since then & they are the most helpful team. They have gone above & beyond for me on many occasions. I love using the app & they are more than happy to order any scripts over the phone for fast delivery the next day. I cannot fault them. They are brilliant & im so grateful for the consistent great service which is very much needed with a chronic disease. Gillian the vitamin lady is so helpful & her knowledge is amazing. I sometimes take my kids in just to see her for some advice. Thanks team. You guys are the best!!!

My husband and I had our 1st COVID 19 vaccination and were both so impressed. Ada Armstrong who administered the dose was professional, gentle and it didn't hurt, was over in moments. The pharmacy is well placed to deal with any reactions, with a seated waiting area to ensure everyone's well being, after the inoculation - plus great advice from Amy before and printed material to take home. The choice of vaccine, Pfizer, Moderna or Astra Zeneca and ability to book online, or just walk in, is also of great benefit. The whole experience was most reassuring.

The nicest chemist I have been to yet. They were really useful in finding the best solution for my foot fungus. They were so friendly about it and really open to my needs,

Confusing messages on arrivalOf ordered drug. One called to say it was ready for collection. Next day, another said drug was not available as courier has not arrived. Gave false advice on drug storage. Lack of knowledge on how and when a drug should be given to patient. Shocking. I do no recommend this place for ordering a specific expensive drug not in -store. The pharmacists & staffs not knowledgeable in this area.

Charged me over double the price for my regular $9.90 prescription without telling me. And have done this twice with another lady I know who is only on an aged pension and requires many prescription medications. Also found a receipt where they charged $16.90 for an over the counter product that they advertised as $10. They had no response when questioned and no offer to correct the overcharge. Will never use this pharmacy again. Disgraceful practice.
