I hired a cleaner at the end of my lease who couldn't remove mould from my premises. Unfortunately, I had already moved 2 hours away and couldn't tackle the issue myself.Yesterday, I got in touch with Donna and explained the urgency of my issue, as my real estate agent made it clear the mould had to be removed ASAP.Donna completed the mould removal that SAME day, invoiced me, and sent me fantastic photos of the before and after.She was extremely prompt, professional, affordable - and helped me out of a desperate situation. I absolutely recommend her services.

Such bad cleaning service. Took 7 hours and most places were untouched. I’d call it a scam. Cleaner name was Oscar Mo. Never use them please.

This cleaning company not professional and not reliable. They organised a bond return cleaning, and boasting on how good they clean with a low quote, but when they get into the job, they pledged for money for every step! take the rubbish, remove the stains.Jinchen Yang pledged to come back if the agent not satisfied. When they got the money, they never answered the phone. Whole bunch of scums!

Very disappointed at the no response" for my attempt to give benefit of the doubt. The Bizzi Bees as an agency is misaligned with the cleaner they sent to our home on what is the payment terms. BizziBeez proudly say its price for the house cleaned

If we could give zero stars we would. Bizzi Beez cleaned for our business for several years. The quality and consistency deteriorated over time. By the time we sacked them, we were utterly disgusted. Slapdash cleaning, items broken, tardiness is just the tip of the iceberg. I have cobwebs in my office that we asked them to address several times!!! We have now employed a far more professional company who are actually addressing all our cleaning needs. Shame on Bizzi Beez

I was sent marketing materials for a performance directly to my mobile phone. Toilet seat broken, front gate post broken, never reported to me. Refused to pay in cash after 6 months paying by bank transfer, and standard to clean dropped. Complained once about a poor clean and the cleaner texted with rude messages. Texted and called her supervisor and never heard back.

The rudest receptionist I’ve encountered. Kylie was this miserable persons name. I phoned to enquire about their services and was told that they don’t deal with Property Managers as in the past several agents have been rude and haven’t paid bills. That would’ve been fine except that her attitude was very unprofessional and chances are this would flow through to the service they offer. No wonder they have had issues with property managers in the past and I dare say it’s due to them doing a sub par job at cleaning.
