Definitely wont be back a waste of money, machines wouldn't count the credits and most of then are out of order! If you want to have a great day out go to the hyperdome play as they do amazing credits and $1 games.Highly disappointed

This iPlay has a variety of extra" things to do such as rock climbing and high ropes activities. Unfortunately

Very overpriced games in the arcade area with most of them out of order. One game took $7.50 (3 plays) off our card and the game didn’t even work yet happily took money off the card. No staff members available to fix or offer credit. Poorly managed space and machines are not maintained. Drive the extra kms and go to Garden City or Surfers Paradise.

Fun place to take the kids to. They offer an area for climbing and another for ninja type activities (both paid separately). Kids have to be taller than 120cm to enter the ninja one without a parent. The video games section is way too dated, the machines are worn out, some are broken and taped, others are dusty and dirty, the rest are simply OUT OF ORDER… Not a great bang for the buck, the ticket payout from games is so little and the toys offered for purchase is way too expensive (in tickets). My kids used $70 on machines and they still could not afford anything from the toy shop! A bit disappointing for them.3 starts simply for the climbing area, my eldest enjoyed her time there. Staff were super friendly and full of smiles.Going back to TimeZone :)

iPlay playground located near the cinemas in the Coomera Westfield shopping centre.Large playground with rock climbing activities and arcade. Air-conditioned.We had great time with our friends.Service is great.Coffee is average.Food was terrible - almost uneatable.

Staff were friendly and can see they try their best with the amount they need to get done! The high ropes and rock climbing is worth the cost! The kids loved it. Would of appreciated a little more attention paid to the kids when on the high ropes and waiting for them to want to do the flying fox or wanting to leave.

Was fun, but claw machines were a total scam. Wasted $40 on some rigged claw machines. I suggest only playing the ticket arcade games.

The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing. My grandson is quite anxious but wanted to go on the climbing equipment. The young guy was so great with him encouraging him to try. We also had a problem with one of the games and the staff gave my grandson some free games. Everyone walked out smiling and happy.Just a Note though about prices - I thought the one hour climbing price of $25 was very reasonable. They leave on the hour. The games however were quite pricy for the short Amount of game time.

Great day out with kids. Lots of activities and games. Caters for just a day out or kids parties too. Well managed. Also beers for the big kids. :)
