Hi all - I have been going to Swimart Taringa since arriving in Brisbane 2 years ago and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Tony, Leanne and the whole team are very knowledgeable and have been able to solve all my pool problems. Great store, great people!

Very knowledge staff member who was able to provide me with good advice about a pool chlorination/algae management issue that I had been struggling with for some time. The issue is largely resolved. I just have to go back to follow up the progress.

After looking after my pool for years, I felt I was not up to speed, nor motivated. I visited Swimart at Taringa to get pool chemicals. I asked about having them service the pool on a regular basis.First time this week, the pool seems happy, and I am too.

Great service from all the team, always happy to answer and explain questions that they probably hear numerous times every day.Have never tried to upsell things - have recommended the cheaper options when that will be okay for what I need, and will always help load up the car if you're needing heavy items.

The most unethical and price gouging pool shop in the whole area, possibly Brisbane. Coupled with a distinct lack of service or care for the customer. I will never set foot in this shop again and would encourage others to try any competitor and witness what real care and service is actually like. $20 for a bag of salt!!! Omg.

Just had Ray service our pool for the first time. He was professional, friendly and did a great job despite it raining at the time. Highly recommended.

Of the many pool stores I have been to, this one was my least favourite. The owner was a downvibe. I would not recommend this store to even my most pool-obsessed colleagues.
