We have recently leased our townhouse thanks to Jake and team at Collings! He ensured we got the best tenants and is always super prompt with his communications. Everything was super easy and went smoothly. Couldn't recommend Collings enough!

Inept or deceitful?This agency tied our bond up for 12 months and tried to bully us out of half of it. They also withheld money that we spent on maintenance on the rental and lied about it being refunded to us. If you're a tenant - AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.They also did not do a single inspection and refused to answer calls or emails about maintenance jobs.If you are an investor - AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.No wonder they lost all their rentals to another agency.We got our full bond back from VCAT. Thanks a lot Jake and Christian.
