Nick was on the job as soon as I requested a Pest in Building Inspection for our purchase property and called us once the inspection took place to discuss his findings and to give us an expected time frame of the report to be sent via email the following day, which arrived on time as expected. Nick was prompt, professional and friendly, all these things are important when you are under pressure of organising a property purchase and was made easy for me thanks to Nick.

He certainly knows his stuff.Our family members have been using him for past few years, at all times he is polite, on time and has a unique sense of humour!He's clued up to potential problems you may face with your building & structure and if you are planning renovations he's familiar with the building code here in the Shoalhaven region.It's very painless process, but at all times we felt we had value for money with his thoroughness.A great local business for the Jervis Bay Area.

Nick Pepper of Jim's returned our call promptly on Monday morning and by mid-morning Tuesday we had our report, which was very thorough. The defects were ranked in importance for easy reading by a lay-person and we were able to discuss these with the vendor's agent prior to our offer. Nick was also available to discuss in further detail on a couple of aspects. I can highly recommend him.
