I am delighted with Phil Strasser's book, YOUR MEAT MATE - cooking red meat to perfection. This is a beautifully presented book with excellent recipes and fantastic tutorials on how to choose the right cuts of different meats and also how to make the best sauces, jus and gravy. Highly recommended for Aussies who love their meat!
