Advised 2 week wait to change a solitary derailleur cable after breaking one on my afternoon ride with my 5 year old today. So had to purchase the cable and jerry rig it to granny gear the almost 4km home. Considering there were numerous staff there having what seemed a jolly old time with plenty of laughs, service leaves a lot to be desired.Understand that covid has put a strain on the industry with high demand, but pretty piss poor service considering it’s a not even 5 minute task with the correct tools.So after purchasing 2 bikes and many parts/accessories/services (one of which I recently waited 6 weeks for and was well below par). I most definitely will put my money elsewhere and will be recommending others to do the same.

Great service, were kind and took the time to work what was the right product for me, even if they were a bit on the pricier side. This meant I was getting what I came for and was very satisfied walking out with just what I needed.

Great shop, stocks everything you need to keep your bike running, plus solid work and prices for any bits you don’t want to do yourself.

Love having Baw Baw Cycles as my new local bike shop! Bought a new bike, helmet and had servicing done at the shop. Always helpful and knowledgeable! Have also met local riders and quickly felt part of the community!

Great shop, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Not a lot of options in the regional area for bike shops and we're lucky to have a quality one in Warragul. I'd definitely recommend Baw Baw for any tune ups, components or gear you're after.

Dropped wheel in for new spoke on Friday morning told it may be finished later that day or Saturday - heard nothing so rang as they didn't ring me Saturday - told mechanic not in till Monday. Rang Monday told it would be ready late in day, asked if 4.30 would be ready as I was making a special trip, told sure arrived at 4.30 wheel not fixed and they didn't have a spoke in stock or ordered one two hour round trip for nothing! Took the wheel with broken spoke away to S&J Morwell, arrived a 5.15 pm and assured it would be fixed in the morning.

Best bike store in Gippsland! Amazing prices and service's. They sell awesome bikes and bike gear here is the bike I got and it works amazingly well. Highly recommended going there if you are looking for a good bike or need a repair or MTB gear.

We knew it was too busy to book repairs in mid-December, so were hopeful to buy parts to fix mr 6's BMX brakes.Instead, Chad was super kind to tweak them on the spot - most unexpected and truly appreciated!

Could not rate the service more highly! I needed assistance finding a part which the shop did not have in store, the store attendant (from interstate who previously worked at Subaru) went above and beyond with my other queries. I would not hesitate to return, that type of service sets the bar high and ensures return customers.
