Building point is Highly inefficient in support and in dealing with clients, i have to stop my maintainance because there is no expert person to help in support. i have been put through people in support p who knows less than me. it like i am teaching them, wasting my time on them . some times to sort problem through support takes 2 days. who the hell has two days to sort some little problem,i highly recomend for small and meduim scale companies not to go for tekla, it is good software in corporate environment when a team or more teams working on one project. they discuss problems and sort themselves,small and medium scale people always left hung in between for service like me,

Poor at managing Sketchup subscriptions.I have had constant issues. Although they do get resolved eventually, these issues should not happen in the first place.
