Qantas Freight International Terminal 1 and 3
Our flight was departing from T1. At Qantas check in kiosk, our passport didn't get recognised digitally but within 15sec, friendly Qantas staff named Elizabeth approached us and took us to the staff counter to assist with us getting boarding passes and luggage tags. Excellent service.

Absolute nightmare , makes you think if all the below reviews are fake. Ask anyone in the freight industry in example the drivers who lodge or recover freight and ask them how longer it takes. Empty counters 1 person serving 20 drivers and only 1 person on the forklift . Qantas freight has been gutted and a shell of it former self. Post covid Qantas is a joke. Hire more staff for heavens sake!! You guys are a joke !

Slow but anything to do with airports is slow. Staff seem friendly, helpful and most importantly honor their commitments - especially when they say they will do something or call you back. Had a great experience with Sandra when I called the freight terminal customer service line.
