I drove here based on the reviews when I had a couple of hours in the area between clients. Not a single power point available, so unfortunately, I couldn’t work and had to leave. It’s 2023… I was a little surprised and had to go find another cafe with a power point. Otherwise, it looked lovely, just not work from cafe friendly.

Hugely understaffed on a busy Saturday. 20 minutes till someone came and took our order after trying to flag staff down. Food took 50 minutes to come out. Food was actually great! Got the chicken schnitzel sandwich and loved it but still wouldn’t go back if it’s going to take up 2 hours of my morning.

The raspberry chocolate slice was so good. Expensive for its size however. The matcha latte was priced reasonably for the size and decent quality, however the whisking needs improvement.

I have visited many times and the staff are always friendly and efficient. There's a great range of delicious menu options from coffee and light meals, through to more substantial breakfast and lunch options. Muffins are freshly made in-house with a different seasonal flavour each day. Delicious range of Mork hot chocolates.

Corn Fritters - X Dumbo Breakfast BurgerI think this cafe has potential. The menu sounds great, looks great, but just doesn’t taste THAT great. The corn fritters were dry and bland, served with corn and zucchini doesn’t make for a lot opportunity for flavour. The burger was nice but unfortunately not memorable. They were quite busy so the service was slow, however friendly. ⭐️

The food was pretty good. The spicy baked beans weren't even spicy but everything else was nice. The wait time for a table was pretty quick. However waiting for a waiter to give us water and the menu was really long. The food about ~40ish minutes to come out but then again all tables were full.

Could not ask for a better cafe!Food here is amazing and so are the staff!!!We’ve never experienced such great and friendly service! Tucked away in a strip of rundown shops, this place is not to be overlooked!!!Kudos to the chef’s and the staff, we will be back!!

This place offers a range of breakfasts. The area is busy with the locals ordering takeaway coffee. The staff are friendly, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors, and a great location with plenty of parking and great coffee. The food we ordered ranged from pancakes with big portions and good flavour. The bacon and egg brioche was great too. For the cheeseburger and chips, the meat patty was overcooked, so it lost its juiciness of the meat. However, the chips were flavoursome and crunchy.I ordered chilli scrambled eggs with a side of hash brown. I have ordered this in the past. This time it lacked flavour, and it was ok. It didn’t have the intense chilli, and it was ordinary. I did enjoy the crispy golden brown hash brown on the side. The cost of some dishes is reasonable.

Well if you haven't been to One by One then you need to see it to believe it,Been here several times, it's crazy busy and maybe becauseI believe it has One of the 3 best Coffee in Melbourne.Yes high praise for burb cafe but between the rock on staff which I don't know, the food good choices and delicious say's the son and the coffeeThe only problem tell you about it,is I won't be able to get coffee for being too busyI don't praise for the hell of it but because I truely enjoy this place
