Fitstop Cairns
Moved up to cairns from Sydney last year, tried a few different gyms, but couldn't find anything similar to the strength and conditioning training that I liked. Then I found Fitstop and have been loving it ever since. Not just the workouts but the community feel of the place.I would recommend Fitstop to anyone, whether you are new to this style of training or looking for your next challenge!!

Thank you for welcoming into the Cairns Fitstop community for a session today! My flight was cancelled last minute back to Brisbane and being able to book on the app was effortless and easy!When arriving to the gym, I was greeted by the two coaches who were extremely friendly and welcoming!Not being used to the heat, I have to say the aircon and fans were a saviour!Thank you for being AMAZING!! I cannot wait to come back to train and embrace the sweat again!

I visited Fitstop Cairns while away from my home gym. The trainers and members are very welcoming, encouraging, and supportive. They cater for all fitness levels and welcome everyone. I will definitely visit again next time I’m in Cairns.

Fitstop was recommended to me by my girlfriends.The atmosphere is great.Convenient location, owners are great and always love to chat, have a laugh.I love how the team spirit of all other members encourage each other so you’re not alone.Trainers give great advice on how to improve your form and technique.Love the community spirit in Cairns and able to make new friends along the way.

Stopped by for a Condition class at Fitstop Cairns and loving the vibe of this club, great equipment and a fun team atmosphere.All round training with a focus on form and pushing yourself harder.Would highly recommend!

Best gym in Cairns! The staff are super friendly, helpful and high energy, and the members are so welcoming. The facilities are clean, and the classes are always challenging yet fun. You won’t regret coming here!
