We highly recommend Vegan Wedding and Events, Tenille and Tara assisted us in organising the perfect menu for our wedding in October 2022. The food and service was absolutely amazing and professional, everyone commented on how wonderful the food was, in presentation and taste, both adults and children loved it all, vegan and non vegan guests. Our cake was absolutely beautiful and delicious, everyone loved that as well. Tara and Tenille did an amazing job organising everything, including an extra request for dinner after the wedding, which was also delicious. Tenille & her assistant went above and beyond on the day organising and styling our reception tables and grazing table, everything looked amazing and they really took the stress out of the catering side of the wedding, it was perfect. If you want amazing food at your event and professional service, Tenille is the one!

We held our wedding at Secret Creek in April 2023 and it was so magical. Both the venue and the catering aligned with our values and ethics, plus so much is included in the venue hire fee! The team really took care of us - the styling, menus, signage etc - we were able to leave it mostly up to them and it all looked beautiful. The food was incredible too! So many guests complimented the food, especially the lamb salad because they couldn’t tell it was vegan! Everyone was so full from the abundance of food. We can’t thank Tenille, Tara, and whole staff enough for their hard work in making our day possible. It was a joy to work with them!!

We got married in the Hunter Valley in June 2022, some two years later than originally planned. We went to visit Tennille at Secret Creek Café in 2019 and knew, this was the food for our wedding. Tara and Tennille supported us to reschedule our wedding twice, due to COVID cancellations and were so flexible with accommodating the changes. We appreciate what a difficult time this would have been to run a business and are so grateful for this. It was important to us to have an inclusive event and the team assisted us to create a menu that provided for all of the dietary requirements of our guests – meaning no one had to be served a different meal. On the night, the food was amazing. Most of our guests were non-vegans and we received so much feedback from people who said that it was the best wedding food they had ever experienced. It had such impact that one of our dads liked it so much that he is planning to catch the train from Sydney to Lithgow to eat at Secret Creek. On the night, we didn’t have to worry about anything and Tennille and her team were organised, super attentive and really gave off an energy that they were enjoying what they were doing. Everyone treated our guests with such warmth and kindness and we felt lucky to have them work our event. They packaged up the leftover wedding food, enough to feed ten of us on our group honeymoon for the next three days. We really thoroughly recommend Vegan Weddings and Events.

We got married at Secret Creek, and it was the perfect day! The whole process from first contact to follow-up after the day was smooth, and we were really impressed how much effort the whole team put into our day to make it a wonderful experience.A number of our guests commented on how the ceremony spot looked straight out of Lord of the Rings; and the cafe, where we held the reception, was cosy and intimate. They styled ALL our flowers for the ceremony and reception, made our wedding cake, and catered the grazing table and dinner. Everything was above expectations!Massive thanks to Tenille, Tara and the whole team for helping us have the best day!

Tenille catered our wedding in January 2022, amidst the chaos of COVID. It was absolutely fantastic. The food was wonderful, plentiful, beautiful and sooo tasty. We’ve had lots of comments from guests, vegan and non vegan, complimenting the food. Tenille and Tara were wonderful at rolling with the (Omicron) punches as our guest numbers varied wildly and our serving plans had to change. They were also really great about wearing masks and taking RATs, we were incredibly grateful for that.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tenille and the Secret Creek crew to cater your wedding. Go for it!! While we had ours offsite, we visited the Secret Creek venue and would recommend that too. It’s beautiful!

Vegan Weddings and Events catered our wedding reception in February 2023. It was very important for my husband and I to find a 100% plant-based caterer for our wedding and when I found Tenielle I was so grateful that there was someone out there who thought the same. They took care of all the table settings and menus but also the entire styling of the bar without any extra charge. The service was perfect, and our guests were raving about the quality of food – many of whom did not realise it was vegan! They also did our cake which was not only delicious but looked beautiful – exactly what we had envisaged. I felt so relaxed knowing Tenielle and her team were taking care of everything and could see the expert service and quality they brought with them. I would highly recommend, 10/10.

My spouse and I chose Vegan Weddings and Events for our special day, and we truly couldn't be happier. Tenille, Tara and the rest of the team were absolutely exceptional to work with. They created what was honestly the most perfect wedding for us and it absolutely blew me away. The set-up, styling, and organisation was absolutely seamless and beautiful. And of course, we can't forget the food. Never have we experienced such a spectacular array of delious, gourmet vegan food. The options were endless and the flavour of each curated dish was absolutely to-die-for. We knew we wanted a vegan wedding, and Tenille, Tara and their team is head and shoulders above the rest for incredible vegan catering. The whole process, from start to finish, was such a dream. Tenille was very lovely at being flexible with substituting their menu to make our favourite dishes, and the presentation and flavour of everything was beyond perfect. We loved our first tasting so much we came back for a second just to eat their food again! And on the day I can't tell you how many guests came up to us shocked at how delicious the vegan food was, which is exactly what we wanted. We had canapés, mains (shared platters), our cake, and late night snacks made by their team and it was all exceptional. We also hired our tableware with them, and it was gorgeous. Tenille even made three different flavours for the three tiers of our cake, as well as separate cupcakes for our gluten free guests. Will definitely be using them again for anything we cater in future, and highly highly recommend for your wedding!

Vegan Weddings & Events catered our wedding in October 2022 on the Central Coast. Tenille and the team were amazing from us booking over 18 months ahead of the wedding, to the tasting at Secret Creek and then of course on the day. We had canapés and a grazing table - everything was delicious, looked amazing and there was plenty of it. None of our guests were vegan but they all loved the food. The service was also exceptional, and we appreciated the little extra things like printed menus and packaging for leftovers. Highly recommend! Thank you Tenille, Tara and the team.

Tara made preparing for our Wedding as easy as possible whilst Tenille the chef prepared a range of absolutely amazing food that all our guests raved about. They, and all the staff on the day were just so nice throughout our whole experience. I can not speak highly enough of them. Add in the beautiful location of their sanctuary and everything was just perfect.
