Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable on the phone. They had the Speck pool pump I needed in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. They dispatched it the same day, and it was delivered the next day using Aramex. No complaints and will definitely come back to Dads Pool Shop for any future pool maintenance needs. Less than 24 hours later, I have my replacement pool pump in action. Thank you team.

Ordered my robotic pool cleaner on Thursday afternoon and it was at my doorstep 12.30 on Monday. They're in Queensland and I'm in Sydney. It does not get much better than that.Great customer service via email too. They answered all my questions promptly and politely. That's what sealed the deal.Just wish you guys were in Sydney and you'd be my go to store for everything else. Consider me impressed.

I ordered a replacement Astral/Hurlcon multi valve for my sand filter at 2.30pm and it arrived before 12 noon the next day. Delivered from QLD Sunshine Coast to the NSW Central Coast. I couldn't believe it. The valve fitted perfectly. This has to be the best online service I've ever encountered. Highly recommend this business. Plus it was the best price I could find as they included all the fittings and pressure gauge .
