Wiseberry Heritage

I can’t recommend Wiseberry Heritage and their teams highly enough. A number of our members have used them for buying, selling & renting and are always happy with the level of service and commitment they get. Our club has been fortunate enough to be supported by Wiseberry this year as a sponsor and we are so grateful for their support of both us and the community as a whole. They are a family business who look after their own, and try to make their local area a better place for all.

I continue to receive advertising materials in my mail box from this real estate despite the no junk mail sticker. This seems to be a trend with real estate agents in this area ignoring no junk mail signs.

It is commonly known that selling a house can be one of the most stressful occasions in your life. I have successfully sold 3 properties and made 3 purchases with Darin Butcher and Kim Burke at Wiseberry and have more in the pipeline.I have never once experienced any form of stress whilst selling or buying from Wiseberry. In fact, usually when the process is complete I am disappointed. I feel as though there is a piece of our family missing. Their attention to detail from the first day the whole team walks through your home to the last where they ring to make sure your move is going well, you feel safe, secure and know that you are getting the best possible price.Darin has gone above and beyond assisting me with my investments and Kim, still managed to sell my home during the beginning stages of the birth of her child. Yes, that is dedication!I have referred many family and friends to buy and sell through Wiseberry and they have all agreed that you cannot beat them!
