I had Brock McGuire as my property manager at Woodards, and I can’t speak highly enough of his service. This was the best experience I’ve had with any property manager; I rarely had any issues with the property and anytime I did he was so swift and diligent in rectifying those issues. He’d frequently check in and offer any help if needed and was a complete gentleman throughout. Absolute legend!!

Brock McGuire is my excellent and attentive property manager at Woodards. He is proactive, available to discuss my concerns and requests and a wonderful communicator between me, the tenant, the body corp and tradies.I live interstate and have had some concerning issues to deal (leaks etc) in the property but his professionalism makes the experience a lot less stressfulHe follows up, assigns quality tradies and it sounds like he has a good relationship with the tenant too.Brock is one of the best property managers I have had and I highly recommend him.
