Top spa & nail studio City Centre Plaza

I travel for work so I go to many different nail salons, this place was fantastic, had a shellac mani and shellac pedi, the attention to detail was the best I’ve ever had and the pedi massage was longer than I ever normally get! Highly recommend this place, very very happy with my perfect nails and they even helped pick my bright pink toe nail colour which I love! 10/10

I had the worst pedicure and manicure I ever had. They tried to charge extra $70 for shellac polish of hands and feet. Lady spoke in another language wasn't happy I questioned the price. It was explained they have to pay cartage fee on there polish. Will never go here ever again. Do not recommend. I never do bad reviews but this was over the top. Poor service and tried to overcharge.

I just got a pedicure shellac gel done. It was a great experience. Very clean job and the hot stone and hot towel at the end was the highlight. The colour I chose for my nails weren't that great and I was feeling uncomfortable asking the gentleman to change the colour but he then asked me if I wanted to change it. He had already started putting it on my nails and I asked for a different colour which he was happy to do. We went for a purple colour but what made that colour look so good was the black nail polish he had put initially without me even asking for it. That there was professionalism. Will definitely come back and I would highly recommend this place as well. It was a Sunday and I barely waited for 10 mins to be accommodated. The massage chair was amazing as well.

I went there to get my nails done and when I left there was paint coming of my nails they cut my hand during the process and my person walked out because I didn’t like the shape. Will never be returning

Went to get a manicure/pedicure with shellac (hands only). The lady who did my nails could barely speak English. She cut my toe while trimming my toe nails and the paint finish is subpar. Foot/calf massage was nice but they don’t use a scrub which is disappointing.My previous nail polish (manicure) was not removed correctly and showed through my finished shellac. My manicure was not painted to the edge and the finish was terrible... I expect they’ll start peeling within the week. My big toe has already chipped..Another nail technician had to assist/translate when I was explaining my concerns and then took over to repaint. Although I can no longer see most of the old paint through and paint now reaches the edge.... the finish still isn’t great. I definitely would not go back.

Worst pedicure i have ever had. Rushed through and not even a massage, or decent foot scrub. It wasnt even busy i was the only one tgere for awhile. Wheb i asked about the pricing they werent impressed.

Best place to get your nails done - hands down. Always have courteous staff that do an awesome job on my fingers and toes. My favourite nail spa

The girls here are just beautiful and they always do an excellent job! I have been other places but always seem to end back up here. Their attention to detail is excellent and they are lovely too... keep up the great work x

Apart from staff who cut their nails in a public eatery -gross- service is atrocious - only time I had my nails done and left with a bleeding toe. Will never return

I got my nails done by Ronnie and they are perfect. The atmosphere is great and customer service is second to none. Will never go anywhere else
