The customer service here is great! The fitters are clearly very experienced, but are also super kind, and not at all pushy for one brand, or particular style like I have seen at so many other dance shops. They respect your choices, whilst still carrying out their important jobs.

Visited this store today for the first time, i was already in a mood cause unfortunately i made the bad decision to travel an hour to another dance place first to find they were shut even though it said on door open and on google.My mood changed immediately once entering this store thanks to the lovely and helpful service, and excellent range to choose from.Will definitely be back to this store again.

Staff were really knowledgable and friendly. One staff member took her time and explained the sheer basics of dance shoes, how they should fit, feel, work etc.Having never shopped for dance equipment before and being a hater if shoe shopping in general, I was not prepared for such a positive experience. 10/10 reccomend them if you're a novice and want some good, easy to understand information and help.

Ok so it really doesn’t look like much from the outside, you may even miss it. But this place definitely gets a 5 star (only because there isn’t a six star option) the inside and customer service definitely makes up for the exterior. Great parking. Entrance is grand with a wow factor. One of the best customer service experiences ever. Anna served us and went above and beyond to make sure we had 110% customer satisfaction. They gave my daughter so much attention she absolutely loved it there, she felt so special like a ballerina princess. She was so knowledgeable and helped us by giving us a bun tutorial and showing us how to wear the uniform. The shop is filled with so many adorable cute things I can’t believe they fit all that into their shop. There is a big staircase to get up to the shop. We will definitely return.
