This place is perhaps one of the largest beauty supply stores I've been to. They have a wide selection of products.I went for a trimmer and had a bunch to choose from. I've been using the one I purchased from them for the last year or so. Good brand and durable.The staff was very helpful and candid when helping me out. I had a very good experience.

I walked in here for the first time today and spent good couple of hours because I’m very indecisive and it’s been a while since I had to buy professional hair products. I spoke to at least three different staff and they were all super friendly and helpful. Even listening to staff talking to other customers… everyone was incredibly patient and pleasant. They have solid product range and they are very well stocked unlike the other supplier I used to go to who were often running out and scraping to find colours. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all of my supplies now!

So here's my gripe. I personally have gone in here with my wife and on my own and have been treated fine. My issue is the way my wife and daughter have been treated without me being present. Both have which have been treated poorly and rushed out as soon as possible. Been short and generally rude. In my opinion, the only thing keeping this place open is the vast selection, because it's certainly not because of their customer service. If you don't like the job, do something about it. Don't be a rude individual.

I have been purchasing products from there for a while.Very well stocked and prices are fair. The biggest downfall is the staff, they are unfriendly, not knowledgeable of products or simply couldn't be bothered to assist.I was recommended to call the company for advice..I would of thought in sales that you NEVER say I don't know" it is professional to say "I will find out" is more of a positive response.I have trained sales people in the past and have had great success in putting extra $$ in the till

Hi I went there a few days ago as we are flat out with Christmas and needed supplies. A friend recommended me to this place. It was refreshing to find staff with knowledge of the products they sell. Aisles were clearly marked out and the wide range of products were well priced. I found the guy working there very funny which was a bright spot in my otherwise stressful day. Will go there again.

Have been using this supplier for over 6 years. Always found them to be professional, helpful and polite. If I can't get to them as I run my own business they get my order ready for my husband to pick up. That's a service you won't get many places. They are 1 in a million . That's why I favour these over the bigger chain suppliers
