Outstanding service from Ron, installed a new cooktop and repaired the oven which kept turning off during cooking.Also, the oven was leaking excessive heat through the door, so he realigned it, tightened the screws on one switch, because it wasnt quite right.An absolute genius and nothing was too much trouble.An old fashioned tradie who knows his stuff.Thanks again Ron, you're a credit to your profession, Bunneys are lucky to have you.

UNRELIABLE. CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO GET THINGS RIGHT. SLOW.Friendly, helpful, but you'll wait forever to get a tech to your home. Miele recommended repairer. Repairs to microwave required.Waited nearly 2 weeks for a booking the first time, same issue reoccurs and despite it being a warranty (because they didn't fix it the prior time) I've had another 10 day wait. if the repair wasn't under warranty I'd be going elsewhere. Not good enough.UPDATE: second visit was just a five minute drop in to tell me 'we'll order the part'; Wait another 2 weeks for the part to be installed only for the installer to say sorry

Thank you so much to Ron from Bunneys who managed to fix a non responsive touch screen on our Bosch oven. I was resigned to the fact that we would have to order an entirely new panel for a 2.5 year old oven. However, Ron was determined - he persisted and pulled off a tricky reset. Really appreciate him he’s a gem!

A HUGE shout out of appreciation to Daniel of Bunneys.My wife and I were at IKEA a few days ago and had a full load of heavy boxes to fit into our car. Daniel was parked next to us and spotted our difficulty and so willingly helped to get us packed up and going.So socially aware and generously gave us a few minutes which would have been really hard without his help.MANY THANKS DANIEL AND BUNNEYS!!

Had a leaking washing machine. Rang Bunny's spoke with Nancy who booked me in for a service the next day. Tony rang to let me know he was on his way. Fixed my problem. Explained the issue. Cleaned up & even helped me put back a heavy cabinet. Not my first dealing with this company but have always had prompt efficient service. Thank you one & all

Exceptional service from Ron at Bunneys! A long running problem that had him stumped, but he refused to give up and kept trying to find the cause, to the extent of contacting other colleagues to discuss the issue. Today he finally was able to find and rectify the cause of my exhaust fan constantly tripping the circuit breaker, and he was ecstatic when he was able to get it working properly. Thoroughly recommend both Ron and Bunneys!
