HCF Dental Centre

Some of the worst customer service and patient care by so called dentists.Hygienists are excellent, if not better than dentists.Dentists do not have any sympathy or emotion for their patients.

I'd like to thank Doctor Zoe Commander and her nurse Tanya. I had 2 teeth removed yesterday they were kind and compationate with me. There excellent work was much appreciated and they did a wonderful job. thank you

I was shock when I went for my 6 monthly appointment today 22 Jun 2016. HCF has done away with the spittoons (receptacles where patients rinse their mouths and spit into them) during treatments. I was given a disposable plastic cup to spit into and another plastic cup with water to rinse my mouth. Condition was like in a 3rd world country. The doctor had to stop what he was doing to train a young nurse in the procedures whilst I waited in the dentist chair. When I inquire I was told management had sent his regular nurse elsewhere and given him a new nurse. Come on HCF be fair, we pay good premiums and we expect better service and treatment. I am disgusted.I have been a member for almost 30 yearsF Chan

Reception is always good. Assistant & Dentist always try their best to make you comfortable & relaxed.

The waiting area is very noisy from the staff practically yelling at each other. And you spend a lot of time in the waiting room, with appointments running late.

Worst ever dental center in world, they book you in for 3 items automatically when they don;t even do all three, receptionist there are liars, when you book or wait they dont tell you anything about GAP fees, but they tell you when you are in dentist seat and it's too late by then, kind of ransom!!!!irony is HCF dental charges gap fee of $79 for kids and they don't support HCF more for teeth" program(NO GAP program) which is available at private dentist

My regular dental centre that I go to for my 6 monthly exam, scale and clean. I’m always able to find the best time for my appointment as they open from 7:30am on a weekday and no gap general dental due to being an HCF member.Because this place has been here for a while it could do with a bit of a revamp otherwise happy with this service and the dentists there.

Really worst customer service. The lady on the phone is so rude and very unprofessional. I rang her today for an appointment and the first thing she said. Well there no appointments for the rest of the year. And i had to tell its for an emergency and the way she spoke is terrible. I will stay away from this place.

I have been attending HCF Dental at Parramatta for several years. The Reception staff, dentists and dental hygienists have always been courteous and efficient. Last week I needed to be seen fairly urgently for a dental issue. The dentist I saw, Dr Jalpa, was excellent. She was very pleasant, thorough and fixed my dental problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

I went at 12 pm today 05th August 19 for the first time, check up etc and was very satisfied with the service and attention to detail. The scale & clean was the most gentle from the caring technician.I plan to use this service regularly.Very kind and professional outfit.
