We have been working closely with the CMS Management & Concierge teams at Abian and Park Apartments and we can't speak highly enough of the service the teams provide to our staff and their clients.From ensuring loading bays are booked and the lifts are padded the teams go above and beyond to ensure our staff can complete moves as fast and efficiently as possible. Seamless service, with happy and positive staff that are willing to help.Moving clients in and out of busy apartment buildings can be a complex exercise but the team at CMS always make it an easy experience for my staff on the ground, and in the office. Philippa, Luke and the team really do give us the most amazing service with everything from collecting mail, watering plants right through to managing repairs and installations in our apartment. The concierge team here are the very best I have ever dealt with. I relocated from another city and they made the move so much more enjoyable and were quick to help me feel settled, welcomed and really happy. I have been a part of the Pier Waterfront community for over 5 years and the concierge and building management team are just wonderful. Philippa and Luke work tirelessly for all of the residents and there is never a task or request too difficult. The entire team is always professional, courteous and engaging. Could not recommend this complex or this management service more.

In our 3+ years of looking after the building facade maintenance, we have found Piers and the CMS management team at Abian Apartments to be consistently on top of the game in professionalism - always a pleasure to deal with!

As a resident, this company is the most inefficient business i have dealt with. Like any estate, one must apply to makes changes to your house. Its been four months and a decision has not been made. Sent numerous emails, left phone messages. Pathetic! I'm definitely voting to replace them. Hope Island Resort

My husband and I moved in to our apartment at Pier Waterfront in 2013. It didn't take us long to realise we had chosen what we consider to be the best apartment block in Brisbane". As soon as we met the CMS Building Manager Philippa we knew we were in good hands. Nothing is too much trouble for Philippa and her management skills are excellent. We now also have a very good Concierge Service under the excellent leadership of Luke. Luke excels in this role in a very friendly and efficient manner."
