I have been attending MNY since the start of my third trimester. I have really enjoyed the classes, most of the time with Sharon who is so welcoming & friendly. I have enjoyed the opportunity to attend multiple classes per week and the pass I purchased made that really affordable. Thank you

Mother Nurture Yoga
I really couldn’t have made it through pregnancy without my regular yoga classes! Thank you so much for all your help, lessons, wisdom and good yoga! I felt empowered going into labour and both physically and mentally prepared - even though my contractions started at 11pm, with no sleep, needless to say it was tough! But the breathing techniques you taught were a lifesaver and labouring positions helped enormously. We’re now blessed with the most perfect baby boy!

Mother Nurture Yoga
Love the atmosphere at Mother Nurture yoga classes. I have been going to the classes during my third trimester and have found them beneficial to both my mental and physical health throughout my pregnancy. Highly recommended!
