I'm very happy doing business here. It's important for me to get my uniforms done efficiently and professionally. I use this dry cleaner each week, they normally have my clothes ready the following day after I drop them off in the afternoon. The young man at the counter is confident and professional. IV never had a issue with them

Worst experience EVER!! The first and only time I used Dickson Bells they gave my dress away to someone who didn't have the right ticket and who pointed to my dress and said it was there's!! It was my fav cue dress...oh and don't expect the manager to be calling and apologising anytime soon after they stuff up!! You'll be the one following up and chasing down an outcome!!

Promised and delivered.There was a little mix up with the clothing which could have ended badly, but the manager saved the day. Providing service above and beyond what you would expect from your humble laundrette.Thank you again for the stellar service!

People only gave Bells one star for reasons. I would ask everyone please DO NOT to send any item to Bells Dry Cleaners. This is the worst dry cleaner in history I have even experienced. I sent my coat to Bells at Dickson two weeks ago. But when I took it back on 8 Dec. the belt of my coat and one button of the coat are gone. Probably someone saw the belt is nice and just took it. The workers over there promised me that the manager will call me back to see how to solve this issue. But IT NEVER HAPPENED. After waiting for two days, I went to Bells to see the manager in personal on 11 Dec. The manager promised me that he would call me back. But, again, IT NEVER HAPPENED. After waiting for so many days, I finally lost my patience so went to Bells to ask them to pay my money back on 14 Dec. Those workers even yelled at me and refused to contact the manger. What kind of customer is that!? In the past two weeks, no one even bother to offer me an apology. Not to mention to make compensation. No one working over there even care this issue at all.

DO NOT USE THIS DRYCLEANER IF YOU WANT SERVICE AND YOUR ITEM BACK! Another 6 weeks has now gone by with the owner being too gutless/rude to call back. This is disgraceful. The poor staff there cop the blame when they cannot do anything about it.The manager of this Dry Cleaners needs to be held accountable for his lack of care of his customers. I put a jacket in to be dry cleaned early Feb and still not got it back. It's now June. Numerous phone calls to him have never been returned. Not good enough!!!!

They shrunk my wife’s jacket, we have been back multiple times over a period of months to get this resolved. They always say they will call and talk to the boss and nothing happens, if they damage your clothes they will ghost you.The Blueish jacket was taken in on May 2022 under ticket AJ6426 and the dry cleaner still has it at the store; I have been back multiple times to check if they fixed it, still nothing.

Wonderful experience getting my wedding dress dry cleaned at short notice the day before my wedding and afterwards. Managed to get some terrible fake tan stains out! Very happy.

Absolute disaster...wish I could give it a zero star. Brought in a canvas bag with only a water stain, ends up with SEVERAL NEW PATCHES OF BROWN STAINS on the bag. Had to literally go back and ask them to please remove the stains that were not there before the dry-clean. Talks to the manager/owner about the disappointing service but gets told that if the bag only has a water stain I should not have brought it in for dry-cleaning and should have washed it myself instead...

Second time I've been there, 2 years apart. Gave them a second chance due to convenience of location. Two dresses, the first was ready on time thank fully, however the mark that was on it was still there when I picked up. Dried food - expect it would've been easily cleaned. Second, an expensive silk dress, has come back terribly pressed with inlay ironed and hanging out the bottom - I can't fix that. I've tried with a household iron! Will never go back. I've not heard a good thing about this place since!

One of the few dry cleaners that provide next day dry cleaning service on the w/e. They do get busy though. One week I was told at opening time Sat that 2 shirts could be done by Tue but i would be charged almost the cost of another shirt because they had lots of shirts to do. Following time I went in with just a suit and a few pants, and was immediately asked if Monday was ok when I was clearly there first thing and ready to pay extra for w/e dry cleaning. Many times to their quality control has been inconsistent with other people’s hair all over my clothes. They do try to rectify mistakes fairly and I have been to them for years, but consistency of service is something we all look for when paying good dollars.
