STRONG Pilates Lutwyche

I can't recommend Strong Lutwyche enough! It truly is my happy place. The community environment, the variety of classes, the set up of the studio. They really have nailed all elements! LOVE IT

5/5! Such a great place to workout & try something different. My partner and I have never done reformer Pilates before and have always frequented standard gyms. This has been such a great change for us. Strong really challenges & pushes you! Beautiful facilities and the instructors are the best. We are loving the mixture of cardio with the rowers, the strength element and surprisingly enjoying the Pilates/core work. Already noticing results and improvement in our fitness after 4 weeks. Even our posture & flexibility is better. We have just signed up for a 6 month membership. It is expensive compared to a normal gym/class but it’s a great investment in your health, and has motivated us ten fold.

Great atmosphere! Classes are a great challenge made fun and engaging with the A+ instructors. Cold eucalyptus towel after each workout banging!

Absolutely obsessed with STRONG lutwyche!! The staff are incredibly lovely and motivating and the studio is beautiful. Beware, It’s Pilates on steroids but such a good burn. Highly recommend!
