We had an issue with the electricity fuses at our place and gave him a call. We connected with Steve, who turned out to be an absolute legend. He walked us through over the phone on how to fix the issue, which we were able to do. I insisted that I should at least pay him something for taking the call and he refused and said it's too easy.Absolute legend!
