Please don’t come here. Sold the wrong model to customer, even the product was BRAND NEW and unused with invoice. Purchase made less than a month. Refused to exchange, said due to company policies. Unprofessional. (Your shop manager said cannot be exchanged)It was a vacuum cleaner & not a scourer.
