Sold my property with Country Realty through Lui and Katherine, was a very easy and pleasant experience. I highly recommend anyone that is selling to go through this agency due to their amazing efforts! I hope others are able to work with Katherine as she was an incredible person and always willing to help, share her knowledge and just update you as the process went along its normal course. Property was located in York and they took the time to come out, speak with me directly and perform a valuation on my property.. after which I agreed to sell with them and they had the paperwork on hand, signed that day and photos were taken within a few days of my property being ready for sale. As soon as the house was listed I was updated instantly of any offers, the whole process was very easy and any questions were answered within the same day usually. Never had a problem once. Had a great experience with country reality! Was always responsive to my emails, worked around my time to show me the house, didn't feel preasured into buying and just felt like it was a very easy process! Would deffiantly recommend them!

OmgI am appalled. I left a lovely house 3 years ago . I had a gardener around .I cleaned the house . I left a few things there .I had vegetables growing .I left the house in a very livable state .woth some bond payedI have had rentals in the last 3 years . .I have applied for a lovely unit where I am they contacted you . To my disgust they said I have a black band on me . None of you contacted me Why I ask .they said you will need to country realty . So I rang 3 times . When I got to speak . You just put me down saying the house was not livable not cleaned did not want to know any of my questions and I could not get any word in . . I would not recommend anyone to rent through you . .
