Dear HellyWe would like to thank you and your amazing team for our incredible dining experience last week. We were all so excited to finally get to your place as we had been planning to come for a few years but stuff (like the pandemic) got in the way.The whole experience was fantastic. The next best thing to a trip to Goa! Your food is so thoughtful and created with such skill and love. Everything that we ate was so beautiful and so delicious!We were in seventh heaven with every mouthful!The dishes you served were on a different level than what we have experienced with Indian cuisine before and the care and attention that went into every dish was an absolute inspiration. The service too was excellent and executed with the same warmth, precision, and attention to detail as your food.Dining at your place will be something we will always remember and we can't wait to see what you do next!

Incredible. Every single aspect of the 9-course dining experience was thoughtful and well executed. Notably, vegetarians are well-catered for here, which is not always common with degustations. This is the kind of place that gets you excited about food and flavours all over again! Helly Raichura meaningfully tells a story with her food and it is a delightful adventure to embark on, one that will not be forgotten.

What an amazing place! I have to say, we enjoyed every single bite of the meal - bhoj. The ambience is very welcoming and unique. Loved the variety of food and drinks that's so full of flavours and tastes delicious. Also, Helly and the staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Quintessential Melbourne, understated and an entrance hidden via a narrow lane way, transporting you into a charming world of gastronomy. Helly and her team have taken Indian cuisine to another level, by creating their own signature style of revealing the sights, sounds and more importantly the taste of regional India. This summer/autumn menu which showcases Goan cuisine has been carefully researched and adapted to suit the best local ingredients. The service was attentive and the wine list was extensive. I could imagine myself sitting at a Goa beach, with the sounds of the sea, listening to traditional Goan folk music. A glass of Feni( Goan alcoholic drink made from the cashew fruit) would have completed the journey. Well done to the chefs for an outstanding array of culinary delights.

I was tipped off about Enter Via Laundry from a local foodie who called it Melbourne's best kept secret. They were not wrong!Everything about this experience from start to finish was elegant, warm, delicious and a delight.The food was familiar but executed flawlessly in an elevated and refined way.Wine pairing was exceptional also with a fully Victorian wine list.I wasn't sure what to expect having read some of the reviews here, which I suspect now are fake. Helly, the founder and Chef was so attentive and friendly, even giving me extra serves of the dessert to take home because it was one the most delicious things I have ever eaten. I've already rebooked my return with a group of friends! Whilst I hope it stays my little secret EVL deserves all the acclaim its received and much more.

A wonderful experience with a beautiful venue, intimate atmosphere, inviting staff, delicious dishes that were all individually packed with flavour and an amazing host and head chef! We were completely full by the end of the course so save your appetites! The drinks were a great match with the menu. Dining with other customers made the experience even better. Would highly recommend for a fine dining, intimate experience especially if you are fond of the Indian cuisine. Finding the place was more of a mission for some but entering the right way makes the experience better. Thanks again to the whole team at EVL. We loved it!

A fine dining experience not to be missed! A culinary journey over 3 hours that was an absolute treat..In focus was Kashmiri (Indian) cuisine which was truly delectable. Every dish was unique (use of local Australian produce) and had a character of its own. Very warm staff, who would socialise patrons on every aspect of the meal. A superlative culinary experience that was one of the highlights of my trip to Melbourne.
