Parking can be a nightmare and depending what time you go, you cab wait an hour for scripts.Staff are usually very helpful.

Oh my, just read all the other reviews, this place seems to be a shambles! A few of us were waiting up to 20 mins for prescriptions. After the bloke behind the counter notice us, all of a sudden everyone's buzzers go off and our medications are ready. The kicker is they had been ready for ages, the pharmacist was no where to be seen. Went here as it was convenient to Woolies. After the long wait to pay, the whole thing took the best part of 40 mins. Would have been faster to just go to my local pharmacy which I will do from now on.

Understaffed in the dispensary and slow. Don't waste your time coming here unless you have alot of time to waste. 40 Min scripts. No body cares either. Elderly people sitting on the floors. Digusting.

May as well build my own lab. Would be quicker than getting a script from here!

We’ve been a few times and today we went to ask for a repeat, was told that there’s no repeat and the customer service said: If you can wait for an hour, we can try to find the original prescription, as we still need to serve customers.Then he said that last sentence again.Pretty rude as he doesn’t seem to consider us as their customers.They found the script and turned out they’ve dispensed a 20 instead of 50 tabs.This shop needs more staff, a more friendlier and accurate ones as you’re dealing with people’s health/life…

Worst pharmacist ever at this chemist. His name is Joel! He uses bullying tactics if anyone questions what he says. He had me in tears and he and the security guard just stared at me while I was crying. The normal dosage on the migraine medication had been out of stock so another pharmacist got the Dr's approval to prescribe the lower dose. I was not told that the normal script for the higher dose would not be accepted once there was more stock. Because I questioned what he said he took the script away and cancelled it. The manager did nothing and did not rebuke him for his attitude. I then had to plead with him to get him to reissue the script. He said I warned her if she argued that I would cancel the script and now she is whinging.I explained to the manager that the reason I was asking for the higher dose was due to the price of the script and we halve the tablets to save money. The pharmacist then reissued the script. The whole time I was waiting in the queue the security guard watched me with a smirk on his face.I tried to ask why he as a pharmacist had the right to cancel my script and refuse to dispense it just because I asked a question. He said it was because I argued with what he said. I have never had such an experience in a chemist in my whole life. So wrong for a pharmacist to abuse and ridicule a woman in such a manner. Meanwhile all the other staff refused to look at me and no one attempted to tell him to stop yelling at me.I will never purchase a script at this place again. Something drastically wrong with the management that allows and condones bullying of customers.

Terrible customer service. Mohammed that works on the back prescription counter should not be there. He is extremely rude.

Worst Chemist I've ever been to.Prices are far higher than everywhere else. They ask for a driver's licence for things like ventolins.They then held on to my license for about 15 minutes before telling me I could no longer buy inhalers there without a script from the doctor.Upon check out they said they would hold my medication until I gave them my phone number.The staff are rude, slow and incompetent.Looking forward to this store shutting down so something else can open up in its place.
